This flour is wonderfully really low carb but sadly not very self raising. The real test of a self raising flour is can you make scones and pastry and yes you can if you don’t mind scones that resemble a heavy bread and pastry that is leathery. It needs a bit more work to improve the raising agent. But as there is nothing else on the market even close to being low carb it still gets a big thumbs up and a thankyou
