Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition
  • Products must be returned with all original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will arrange a refund or store credit.
No restocking or administration fees apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Each case will be assessed individually
  • We will provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy
  • Customers will not be required to pay return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the product, packaging, and relevant batch or expiry details.


Consumer Guarantees
