Our sourdough bread is gluten free, yeast free, and a good source of dietary fibre, promoting positive digestive health.
The bread is made from a thriving gluten-free sourdough starter that uses brown rice flour. It has been that has been traditionally fermenting for over three years. Nurtured daily, our sourdough is rich with gut-loving friendly bacteria.
We ship baked bread on Mondays to minimise orders sitting in Australia Post warehouses over the weekend.
Currently we are only shipping to VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS and SA customers.
How to store
Store frozen or in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 4-6 days or refreeze for up to 6 months.
