This was very simple to cook in the microwave, tasty and so so convenient to make at work. I felt that the portion size was a little large for one person and would have been too small for two people, but you could easily make it into a two person meal by combining it with a salad and maybe some garlic bread.
I added some fresh basil to it and it was great! I’ll look out for these at the supermarket.
