Exciting news, we’ve just launched a gluten free brioche bun. If you’ve ever tasted traditional brioche bread you’ll know that it has a light, slightly sweet interior with a golden glazed crust. We’ve spent countless hours in the kitchen trying to create a bun that’s as good as the original – without the gluten.
As you can see from the pic below, we’ve created a brioche bun that makes a pretty mean burger. It’s also a vegan bun – free from eggs!
What’s this brioche bun free from?
We wanted to create bread that almost anyone can eat without fear of an allergic reaction. Here’s what the product is free from:
Corn starch, thickeners (1442, 464), sugar, water, potato starch, yeast, canola oil, psyllium husk, raising agents (575, 500), iodised salt, vinegar, hydrogenated palm steavin, natural flavour, natural colour (riboflavin), glaze [modified potato starch, icing sugar, dextrose monohydrate, tapioca starch, vegetable gums (guar gum, sodium alginate) colour (riboflavin).
The brioche bun is now available for purchase from our online store. We currently ship to VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS and SA and postage is just $4. To the other states, we’re sorry we can’t ship to you from the online store at this stage. We have found the shipping times to be a little too long which means you could receive bread with limited shelf life.
