This classic gluten free ciabatta has a firm crust and an open texture with a mild sourdough flavour. An Italian bread first produced in Italy, Ciabatta is a favourite for its flavour and texture. A lovely roll enjoyed with Italian cuisine.
What you’ll receive
Ciabatta come in bags of three (each ciabatta weighs 80g). Minimum order is 3 bags.

We ship baked bread on Mondays to minimise orders sitting in Australia Post warehouses over the weekend.

How to store
When you receive the bread, just open what you need and freeze the rest to keep it nice and fresh. You can rejuvenate this bread like magic by warming it up in 160°C oven for about 5-8min.
